Our first-time call is available at no cost to you. In these 15 minutes, we will get to know each other and make sure our health philosophies are in alignment. I will ask a little bit about your health goals and share with you what my recommendation would be. This ensures we are able to move forward with the confidence that I am the right person to help you with your health goals, as well as develop the perfect plan for you.
