I offer one-on-one nutrition consulting focused on whole foods and principles of motivation and behavior change. I believe health does not necessarily require weight loss unless that is your goal. I care more about your relationship with food,  and the love you have for yourself, than the size of your jeans. 


I give more importance to long term sustainable changes that can improve your health for the rest of your life than a quick-fix diet that may not have long-lasting effects.
